Back in the good old days when we could bring people together for events like #runwalktalk in lovely green spaces such as Markeaton Park, we spoke to Professor Subodh Dave from Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust about physical activity and mental health.

We asked him about the use of physical activity as part of a treatment package for mental health, how communities can lead their own solutions and whether running can become a way of life.
